HERE'S HOW OUR FLORIDA MATCH PLAY WORKS...

Round One
In this one-day format, all teams compete in Round One of their chosen
division like normal...
Initial Awards
Then, during an initial awards ceremony, our emcee will announce and
award trophies up to Third Place. Next he'll announce the Top Two Teams,
who will be immediately directed backstage where they prepare to
perform in the thrilling Match Play Round...
Match Play Round
After warming up for the Match Play Round, both teams take the stage,
shake hands, and a coin toss decides which team performs first. Once
both teams have performed in this head-to-head battle for First Place,
the judges - working from a clean slate - immediately decide on
the State Champion! And in cash divisions...it's WINNER TAKE ALL!!!

COMPETITION FACILITY
The Cruzan Amphitheater located on the grounds of the South Florida Fair in West Palm Beach is the fantastic venue of our Annual Florida Match Play Championships. It has a wonderful performance stage, 7,000 covered seats and a gently sloping festival lawn which will allow you to enjoy the ocmpetition.

COMPETITION AMENITIES
Upon arriving at the Cruzan Amphitheater, your first stop will be Championship Check-In, where your Championship Ambassador will provide you with event credentials, final paperwork and answer any questions you may have. Then, one hour before your performance time, you'll be directed to the Warm-Up Area, where you'll be granted access to a stretching station, a spring tumble strip and a full-size floor for practice. Next, you'll take center stage on the Performance Floor, where you can rock the house! Finally, after exiting the stage, your team will be personally escorted to a Private Replay Booth, where they can view their award-winning routine!
EXCITING PRODUCTION LEVEL
At every American Championships Event, we combine the elements of light, sound and non-stop action to create a fantastic competition atmosphere. Event staff members throw out thousands of sets of Mardi Gras beads while streamer cannons explode during our Awards Ceremonies. And we roll out the red carpet - literally - when your teams come forward to accept their awards. At the American Championships we produce only high energy, exciting events!
