All registered teams will receive a schedule of their performance time one week prior to the competition. A link to the order of performance will be emailed to the contact person prior to competition. Upon checking-in for the event, each team will receive the final performance order with updated performance times. For continuous updates, check back here approximately two weeks prior to the tournament. It is mandatory that all competitors report for warm-up one hour prior to scheduled performance times.
At least one representative from your organization must check in and receive credentials for your teams and coaches at least 90 minutes prior to their first performance.

TICKETS FOR ENTERING THE FAIR/EVENT
You will receive one ticket for every pre-registered participant and coach. All Competitor and Coach Tickets will be picked up outside the gate adjacent to the Entertainment Hall. Those tickets should then be distributed to your competitors and coaches for entry into the fair.
All registered coaches will receive a wristband that must be worn at all times. This wristband must be worn for entry into the backstage and warm-up areas - no exceptions.
