- Log into your Account at www.varsityallstar.com
- If you have previously scheduled this event
please look down the right hand side of the page for the event. Click on Register underneath the listed event.
- If you have not scheduled this event please
do a search. Easiest way is to choose American Championships as the Brand and then just scroll through the list of AC events to find your event and click register.

2. Return the completed registration form, along with a $35 per-participant deposit, to The American Championships offices by December 20th, 2013. The final balance is due January 31st, 2014.
3. Hotel stay at a Partner Hotel required. Click to choose your partner hotel. Contact hotel and use group code listed to make reservations. If you do not see your desired hotel on the approval list, please contact Pam at (800) 462-8294 ext 132 or email pam@varsitygainesville.com prior to contact with the hotel. Submit a hotel tracking form (Hotel Tracking Form) and your hotel contract or rooming list with your registration. Check the list often since we will continuously add new partner hotels as blocks fill up.
What is Stay & Play? -- Partner Hotels are set up with American Championships to offer great rates just for our competitors near the event venue. Using our partner hotels helps us offer great dates in the facilities we love.

Please indicate on your registration form or online registration which partner hotel you have chosen. Make sure you use the group code listed on our website when you contact your selected hotel to make reservations.
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Once a team's registration for the American Celebration has been processed, the contact person will receive a Confirmation Email with an Invoice and a Performance Summary attached. If you do not receive this confirmation within two weeks of submitting your registration AND payment, please call 800-462-8294 Ext. 119 immediately. Additionally, an “Info You Need To Know” Packet will be e-mailed to the Contact Person just prior to the event. This packet will include an American Celebration Checklist, Order of Performance, FAQ, Arena Layout Map, Spectator Information, etc.
REFUND POLICY There are no refunds on deposits for any reason. For a refund (less all deposits), notice of cancellation must be received in writing at The American Championships offices by January 31st, 2014. There are no refunds after the balance due date has passed.
